We recommend you dont, its much better to use software filters. The film is meant for permanent use, with it, you would loose most colours on your phone making some apps unreadable.

Great tool for optimising your current lighting at home. Or in car! This red version is intense. You're going for the best for pre-bed pre-sleep blue light removal. If your light source sucks, it will not make its spectrum better - remember that, it cannot improve the spectrum and light quality aspects of the light source (flicker etc.). But for the price, it's totally awesome. I have used it in our kitchen lamp that is active by night and it works well.
