Every lamp is used at different time for their designated tasks. The light source should match the use scenarios.

Mode switching
Vitae is a "dumb" bulb. It needs you to switch it off and on again to change modes.
To avoid accidental trigger of any blue containing modes, the bulb resets every 11s so that the next mode switch always turns on the night safe vitae orange.
Tech Specs
We keep flicker under 2% and Frequency above 5000Hz
IEEE recommendations go: Flicker below 8% for sensitive applications, and below 3% for bedrooms / reading spaces.

Skvělé, konečně kvalitní LED osvětlení!
Jedinou výtku mám ohledně "flicker-free" označení na produktové stránce - ano, světla jsou téměř flicker-free, osobně na to jsem velice citlivý a žádné problémy s Vitae osvětlením po pár týdnech nemám, ale zaznamenal jsem podivný velice krátký pád v jasu každou vteřinu (viz přiložený obrázek, měřítko celé osy je 5ms). Toto se děje jak v "relax" tak "focus" světle, ale nikoliv ve "sleep" módu. Tedy na "flicker-free" by to chtělo ještě trochu zapracovat.

Will there be an E14 version?
Maybe some day. We are currently limited by the size of quality components which sadly just wont fit into the E14 frame.

We believe simplicity works best.
By keeping things simple, we abolish the need to reach for your phone to interact with your light, thus shielding you from unnecessary blue light exposure.

How do I choose the right model?
We recommend getting DEN if you are not sure, since its most versatile.
EEN if you plan to put it in a lamp you don't use for work / studying.
ENN for bedside lamps.
All bulbs should be used in lamp with a deep non-translucent shade and without a dimmer.
